As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating transportation for patients with suitable volunteer drivers, all while being able to volunteer in the comfort and convenience of your own home.

DISPATCHER
The VCDS Dispatchers are contacted by patients either online by email or by our telephone answering system and then coordinate rides with the appropriate volunteer driver. Full training provided.
RELIEF DISPATCHER
A relief dispatcher fills in for Dispatchers when needed. Full training provided.
PATIENT COORDINATOR (PC)
The PC’s are responsible for entering patient requests into our scheduling system. PC’s work closely with the dispatchers. Full training provided.
