A Special Thank You
Over the last 33 years The Freemasons Grand Lodge of British Columbia and Yukon have conducted a very successful Cancer Car Program transporting cancer patients of Vancouver, Richmond and Burnaby to their treatment facilities. With their decision to move from this active service delivery model to a funding model they asked the VCDS to continue the legacy of care for these patients. In May 2021 we accepted the challenge.
To assist in the transition and ensure continuation of service, the Freemasons have pledged substantial financial funding to VCDS over the next three years. We are very grateful for their generous support and will do everything possible to serve patients in need.
